Arcade Time

"Kids had a lot of fun. Riley is an exceptional employee. He deserves recognition for his customer service!"

"We had such a fantastic experience at Arcade Time Entertainment at the Avenues Mall, all thanks to Raphaela! From the moment we walked in, she was incredibly welcoming, professional, and full of positive energy. She went above and beyond to make sure everyone was having fun—whether it was helping with game tokens, explaining how the machines worked, or cheering people on with a smile. Her friendly attitude and patience—especially with kids and families—really stood out. You can tell she genuinely enjoys what she does, and it made the whole visit even more enjoyable. If you're visiting Arcade Time, I hope you get a chance to meet Raphaela—she's a true gem and made our day extra special. Thank you, Raphaela!"

"Went in and the staff was super helpful and kind! Ended up staying there for longer than expected, and would love to come again. The girl at the counter, who I asked the name of since I wanted to write a review, and she was so incredibly helpful, as well as really made things so much easier to understand. Her name was Raphaela and she was doing an amazing job keeping up with all the games and customers coming her way. We had a short conversation and I found out she was the manager there, and to be honest she seems to really know what she’s doing. As for the games themselves, I had a really good time on all of the ones I tried, some that I never played before so I was a little confused but miss Raphaela helped figure it out so I wouldn’t be wasting credits. In the end I’m leaving very satisfied with my experience, and would recommend others swing by and check it out"
