Courtyard by Marriott Jacksonville Airport Northeast

"The rooms are very clean, up to date. Beds are nice with good linens. There is a reasonable bar/cafe and there is room service too. The airport is just 6mins away via the complementary shuttle. A great place to stay for travellers, eliminates the uncertainty of traffic delays etc. Staff was helpful and friendly too"

"Mia provided a truly exceptional and warm customer service experience from start to finish last night during my check-in process. She recognized my Ambassador status immediately, upgraded me to a suite, and provided some complimentary welcome gifts to make my visit more enjoyable. She honestly provided some of the best Marriott customer service that I have ever experienced, and did it with the biggest smile. I would 100% recommend her and this property for guests in the JAX airport needing to be close to the airport. Great associates at this location that will ensure you have an excellent experience!"

"What a great experience from the moment I arrived. Chintal went above an beyond to make my stay accommodating. His customer service skills are amazing. I had to stay an extra 2 nights because of flight cancelations and bad weather. He and the entire staff were amazing and pleasant to deal with the whole time. Literally everyone was amazing & so polite. They all smiled and greeted you every time you saw an employee and Chintal even after our first encounter called me by name. I woukd highly recommend staying here if you're by the airport!!"
