13th Floor Haunted House Jacksonville

"I just wanted to express how amazing this Haunted house is! Plenty of scare actors. Line moved fast and scare actors were even outside with us. Inside the haunted house is massive! It’s more like 3 haunted houses in one. They refresh and revamp decorations and themes each season so it never gets boring. The actors inside actually interact with people and have their own characters! It brings you to the shop, axe throwing, and escape room at the end. Marina was so helpful at the shop. The items are fun and unique. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Our pictures came out awesome. If there is one thing I would request, PLEASE DO A ST PATRICKS DAY HAUNT!!!! After today’s experience, we will be back every chance we get!"

"Definitely worth the visit. Went on a busy Saturday and Waited about 2 hours so if you’d like a quicker experience the fast pass is worth it! The experience itself lasted about 20 minutes they have awesome decorations & props Minor critique I would say add some fans during the lines as inside lines you’ll start sweating"

"I left a review earlier, but it was rushed & my adrenaline was high 🤣, but I stand on this! This was my very first Haunted House in my entire life, and it absolutely exceeded my expectations! It gave me every scare, I thought it was, starting at the beginning 😭, the security guard, hit me the hardest 😂.. then the second one, had me on edge because he looked like a statute and ended up being a person 😒😬!! I had a ton of fun, I recommend 13th Floor, for sure!!! It’s worth it! You guys, I was so nervous, my back had my shirt drenched, my phone screen was filled with sweat, I was so nervous 😆😆😆😆… please visit them, & after you visit them, come see me on TikTok @SoMPachent, #SMPEntertainment, and the damn guy that sold snow cones left the truck chasing me, I was done at that point 😁😁😁"
